Refund policy

Tea products

Most of our customers love our tea from the very first cup, but if you don't love it right away, give it a few cups. It's loose leaf tea, so the consistency in one cup may be slightly different than the next depending on which ingredients choose to flex their muscles or not. We always say "give it a week." This is pretty good advice for just about any life decision, by the way. Don't make a rushed, emotional decision on a whim that could have a ricochet effect down the road. With our tea, give it a shot each day for a week, either 5 business days or a full 7-day calendar week. Love takes time and patience, so romance it a little. If after that you still can't bear to even have it in your house, offer it to a friend. If that form of recycling isn't your fancy, well, then shoot us a heartfelt note at teawhisperer@abundanseeds.com with the subject line "Abundanseeds Refund Request" and tell us why our tea wasn't a match made in heaven for you. We don't do returns of tea (food) products for health and safety reasons, so guess what, you're holding on to it anyway. But, we review every refund request individually and make a judgment call on whether or not to process the refund once we do. May the karma gods be ever in your favor!

Non-tea products

Want to return your meditation deck or one of the accessories you ordered? Drop us a note at teawhisperer@abundanseeds.com with the subject line "Abundanseeds Return Request" and we'll sort it out 1-on-1! If you do wish to return these, they have to be unopened and unused. We cannot accept any returns of used non-tea products since these will have potential sanitary issues (blame that whole pandemic thing we just went through). Refund requests for non-tea products will be processed the same way as those for the tea products are, on a case-by-case basis. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at teawhisperer@abundanseeds.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
